Dear Sirs

We have just returned from your Rhine Cruise to Switzerland and found it to be first class. This is the second of your river cruises I have been on since you started earlier this year, the first being the Paris cruise taken in March. We cannot find fault with any of the holidays we have taken with your company.

The office staff could not be more helpful and they contacted us after booking to check that everything was OK, and that we had the departure times right.

The coach was clean and comfortable with a smart and very helpful driver, and the couriers were very helpful and their knowledge of the areas we visited was comprehensive.

All the crew on the Arlene were most helpful and the vessel was clean and comfortable.
